Temperature of service 15°-16°C

Taste: on the nose, the typical cherry and pepper notes are exalted in this fresh version of Soft notes of officinal herbs.The palate is dry and well balanced.                                                                                                            Food: mediterranean cuisine such as pasta, seasonal soups, appetising entrées, including seasoned lard and hot toasted hors d’oeuvres with extra virgin olive oil, ham and sausages.                                                                      Occasion: a decent red
